Using email with your hosting

Create professional email addresses on your own domain.

Your hosting plan includes email, so you can have professional addresses on your own domain, such as you@yourdomain.com. The number of mailboxes and the email storage depend on your plan: the comparison table on each hosting page shows them.

Create a mailbox

You create and manage email accounts in your hosting control panel. Open it from your plan’s page under Products & Services in the client area (opens in a new tab), then add a mailbox with the address and password you want. See Managing your hosting service.

From the control panel you can also set up forwarders and auto-responders.

Read your email

You can read your email through webmail in your browser, or set up the account in your favorite email app on your computer or phone, using the settings shown in the control panel.

Moving from another provider?

If you are migrating to Dotweb, our free migration can recreate your mailboxes and copy your existing messages across. See Free website migration.

If you need a hand setting up email on a device, contact support.
