Dotweb brings your domain, hosting, and website together in one place. Here is a quick tour so you know where to start.

Products and services

How it fits together

You can buy a domain on its own, hosting on its own, or both. When you order hosting, our checkout asks which domain the plan is for.

Your client area

Once you have ordered, the client area at my.dotweb.io (opens in a new tab) is where you manage everything:

  • Products & Services lists your domains, hosting plans and other services. Open one to manage it, or to turn auto-renew on or off.
  • Invoices has your invoices, paid and unpaid.
  • Account Settings (My Account) has your profile and contact details.

From the client area you can also open a support ticket (opens in a new tab) and follow your active tickets.

Getting started

  1. Search for a domain, or pick a hosting plan.
  2. Complete your order in our checkout.
  3. Manage your services in the client area.

Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout.

Cookie settings

Choose what Dotweb may store in your browser. You can change your choice at any time under Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Read more in our privacy policy.

Analytics

Analytics shows us which pages and features are used, so we can improve the site. We also record what you search for in the knowledge base and the domain search, to improve the site and our help articles. Sessions may also be recorded to see where pages are hard to use, with everything you type into forms and the text of your searches masked in the recording. Our analytics partner stores the data in the EU and anonymizes IP addresses. Nothing is set or sent unless you switch this on.
